Aircraft is subject to availability at time of booking. Flight time charges are an estimate. Additional costs may include ramp fees, international fees, hangar and de-icing fees during inclement weather.

Trip Notes and Assumptions:

This trip quote is calculated using great circle distances and does not reflect unforeseen delays or deviation due to weather or air traffic; these costs, in addition to catering, deicing and any additional services will be added to the final invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

If an aircraft departs prior to receiving a cancellation call or notice, you will be charged in full. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to departure.

Weather Cancellation:

FlightOne reserves the right to cancel any flight due to weather conditions which can only be determined the day of the flight.

Substitute Aircraft:

FlightOne reserves the right to substitute an appropriate aircraft due to maintenance and scheduling conflicts.

Delays:

FlightOne cannot be responsible for delays involving commercial airlines, weather or mechanical delays.

Changes in Departure:

Your aircraft has been scheduled for a specific departure time. Please be aware that the aircraft may be booked prior to your departure and after your scheduled arrival time. Please contact our dispatch as soon as possible if your travel itinerary changes to see if we can accommodate those changes.

Fuel Surcharge:

Due to the volatility of the cost of Jet fuel, FlightOne can only guarantee the price of this quote agreement for thirty days from the date quoted above. If the trip departure date is more than thirty days from the date quoted, FlightOne reserves the right to adjust the quote to reflect any increase in fuel surcharge that has occurred during that period.

Passengers:

It is very important for the safety of your flight that the number of passengers is not increased prior to departure without informing Flight One of those changes. Any increases that occur may cause the flight to be cancelled or delayed as we may be required to remove fuel from the aircraft.

Montrose Weather Diversion:

Please be advised that if the Flight One aircraft cannot land in Telluride and must divert to Montrose due to circumstances such as curfew, weather and/or passenger delay, there will be an additional minimum charge of $300.00, which must be paid in full by the client. Also, if the FlightOne aircraft and crew have to spend the night in Montrose, there will be a minimum additional charge of $700.00 to cover pilot expenses and repositioning of the aircraft the following day.
